Justin T. Hata was probably one of the most unprofessional dr I've met. Went in for my shoulder for popping in and out due to a car crash I was in. He wasn't resourceful, careless, rude, disrespectful, for not believing a word I said and unhelpful in every way. I hope my next appointment goes better, with my proof of documents of treatment history. I would give 0 stars is could.

I really value an organization that employs ethical practices and values its customers. Today was the third time LLU Outpatient Rehabilitation called to say they were cancelling my loved one's appointment. It turns out they did so to accommodate other patients. I was pretty upset to learn this. I would have felt differently if the scheduler had been truthful about why they wanted to cancel and instead ASK me, "Would you mind if we reschedule your appointment to a different day." And, it's distributive to have to reschedule an appointment. LLU Rehab appointments book out 3 to 4 weeks. For therapy to be effective, consistency is key, meaning 2 x a week... read full review

I had surgery in early October and had to wait until December for an evaluation not even a session just an evaluation... oh wait I forgot I had to go through hoops just get an appointment. After the evaluation then I had to wait for their scheduling department to call me and tell me that the only appointments they have are at least six weeks out. Waiting that long is detrimental to me because I need my hand for work and because of these delays in patient care this could cost me my livelihood and they don't care at all. I was told that they are two people short due to illness and maternity leaves. I get life happens but, they should have been better prepared. The... read full review
