So far have gone 3 times and each time it was a good experience. The music is relaxing and I catch myself dozing off sometimes. Definitely would recommend if you have unwanted hair that you need removed the appropriate way.

I had my consultation with Jeannette last year and whatever I didn't know about electrologist I learned very fast with the consultation Jeannette was great, she answered all your questions, even did a free 15 minute session. I have been going to her ever since then. This is the only proven PERMAMENT hair removal technique. Not laser ( never ever laser your face). I was very worried about the pain but I take a 800mg Motrin before and it helps a lot. They do have numbing gel but I don't use it. The pain is not bad at all.
