Well I'll probably butcher the spelling of Shaine's name, my apologies. & I don't like gushing, it's annoying. But the more I look at my hair, and Shaine's not even done, the more I'm in love with it. Seriously, she took me from red to this beautiful sandy colored blonde and didn't damage my hair. Will see her again in 5 weeks to continue blonding it out and I'm excited honestly to have that amount of time to enjoy this color as it is. Picture is worth a thousand words... shout out to Trinity, too. She's an awesome assistant.

Shianne is the only person I trust with my hair. She helped me fix a VERY bad dye job by another salon and made sure my hair was nice and conditioned before I left too. She talked me down from the edge of just dyeing my hair dark again after my bad blond dye job and only let me make that decision when I was not in a bad headspace which I really appreciated. If you're in doubt, don't be, Shianne and her girls will take good care of you.

I live out of town and was there for a dr appt. Had had wrist surgery two weeks prior and have waist long hair I hadn't been able to wash. Called them they said I could come in the next day. I said that's ok I will find some place near home. Hung up headed home. They called me right back and told me to just come on in, they would do it for me. The lady ( I am really bad at names) but Tiffany pops in my head ( maybe wrong) was just awesome. Scale of 1 - 10 I give her an 11
