From first contact to schedule an appointment to grooming, Jennifer was professional, caring, great communication and excellent grooming of our newly rescued 9 year old miniature poodle, Henry. We have no history and couldn't provide specific information, we were concerned about this first groom. Jennifer not only made us confident and comfortable, but from Henry's behavior, he enjoyed the visit as well. Highly recommend Jennifer and Must Love Paws.
