We can't thank Paddy enough for all the hard work he did for us. Buying a home is stressful. It was not our first home purchase, but it was our first home purchase together as a couple. We didn't realize how our taste and needs differed from one another. She likes things that have "character" - in her words - and I prefer a more modern design and amenities. That coupled with the low inventory and rising rates made the experience challenging. In the end, Paddy did find us the right home. We're very pleased.
The Paddy Kehoe Team is awesome. If you need to sell your house you will be in great hands. Paddy and his team helped me determine what upgrades made sense, helped get them done, with little to no effort on my part, and helped me get a great price for my house even in a challenging market. Paddy and Alyson, and the designer and contractors who work with them are honest, hard working, good communicators and took care of everything that I needed to get the house ready for sale. Selling a house can be stressful, but Paddy and his team helped to take the stress out of it. I would give him and his team the very highest recommendation. You will be very happy if you use them.
