Chen Yu Hong is a family doctor never provide good service according to her patient’s needs. This health center has a very bad family doctor. She talks to the patient very loudly and not politely. A family doctor is very rude. I don’t know why the doctors always like to treat patients like a dog. This kind of thing is very dangerous.

I have been here once, and never again would I consider returning. Back in 2009, I had my first baby, and I went here for my postpartum checkup. The nurse who helped me after the doctor checked me was so rude. She kept insisting that I get birth control right away. I told her I would come back another time and do my research and would decide what I wanted. She insisted I choose between pills or the shot, and I said no one more time. She proceeded to tell me, "This is why your people are full of kids. You are all so irresponsible!" I found that to be very disrespectful and rude, and I told her that it was my problem if I ended up pregnant again. I thought it would be a nice place to try out since my mother brought us here as kids. Boy, was I wrong.

Please find a different care facility.If you don’t want to be left pending results for weeks and months. My doctor never gets back to me. Does not follow up after tests I have to be reaching out and when I do reach out it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone.
