A few months ago I got a bad haircut at a cheap salon. I needed to get it fixed so I came to Kenneth Brown Salons. No regrets! The person who cut my hair was extremely kind, listened to my needs, and made a plan with me to fix my haircut. Now it looks great! It was more expensive than I've ever paid for a haircut but after that bad experience I'm just so glad I had a positive one with awesome results.

I love this salon! I've been to see Thuie three times now and have had great experiences. She is especially talented at getting a sense of what would look good. For example, I've had so many stylists who were more like technicians and copied pictures exactly. Thuie is an artist. I went the first time for a haircut and she helped me choose from a few pictures, giving me a beautiful haircut, styling tips, and products. She gave me suggestions like highlights to cover my grays and a Brazilian blowout. After cutting and styling, she went back in with scissors until she was happy. Great experience with the Kenneth Brown Salon in Irvine. FRONT DESK: The friendly gals at the front desk were very courteous, service-oriented and welcoming. There is a small refreshment counter if you want to serve yourself some tea or coffee. Or, if you prefer some water, the front desk will be happy to provide you with water. It was easy to check-in at the front desk for my hair appointment and my hair stylist was ready to meet with me. HAIR STYLIST: My hair stylist ("Daniel") took the time to listen to my hair ideas and answered all of my questions. He also provided good recommendations for hair treatment and care.
