The best place for lashes in la... and nails too. Men love to get there feet done here as well. Very clean and professional. This place is apart of the la community. Calibgirls been going here for a lonnnnngtime... ❤️ Ask for Honey!
I've been coming here for a bit now I've had good and very bad experiences, I've been growing my nails for months and today Helen literally took half the length of my nails I got to my car and cried, for those who know how long it takes for your natural nails to grow, you'll understand I'm not sure it I ever want to come back, as I said I even had one time where the powder on my nails were coming off the next day but they fixed them. I still had to pay but after today's experience just don't use Helen if you have natural nails. You can see the length of my nails before
I come here out of convenience bc it's so close to home but the service is horrible. It starts from the moment you walk in the door and are "greeted" by the man/owner. He's rude, curt and very cold. I've been here 3 times and no matter how nice and warm my greeting is, he always seems annoyed and rushes me off. I've had 3 different nail techs and despite me requesting them not use the electric file they roll their eyes and get annoyed every time and proceed to use it anyway. Every single time they've cut my skin with it! OUCH! plus I'm sure my nails are super thin now from the constant filing. Lastly, I always use a card. At check out I was told they take cash or debit only, not credit. I don't know when this started but forcing me to use my pin in a shop like this is unacceptable and frankly scary. They need to have posted signs at the entrance cash/debit only so people could be prepared. Communication is horrible, staff doesn't listen to your requests and they are very dismissive. If you can tolerate bad service, I guess they're ok but I don't understand how you don't even try to be kind to your paying customers.
