San Benito Heating installed both of our separate HVAC systems a decade ago. The Bryant equipment that San Benito recommended has performed well and installation cost was half of other bids. San Benito recently came to service upstairs unit, replacing a capacitor that failed. Omar, the service tech was terrific. He diagnosed the problem in seconds and had the new capacitor on his impressive Van. Scheduling was seem less, considering COVID and the whole customer service experience was as good as could ever be expected.
