Service was ok, nothing out of the norm. My issue is with the way they try an bill you fraudulently. I paid my out of pocket co pay and a year later was billed because " I saw a doctor during my emergency room visit" like what? Isn't that why we go to the ER anyway? Ridiculous. Save your time and money and head somewhere else.
Best experience ever at the emergency room. Came here so worried and concerned but everyone was so understanding and supportive. From triage to lab work to diagnosis, Dr. Manier stopped by multiple times to keep us updated throughout the process (even when only one portion of the labs came back) she kept us in the loop and kept us calm.
Been to Emergency and they saw me right away. Excellent care from the moment I arrived till discharged.. I'm very happy with all my Keck USC doctor, extremely knowledgeable, caring and supportive.
