The person who reviewed under me is either the owner or a friend of the owners. This place is a mess -- literally, stuff all over the ground inside the shop. My dad got his laptop fixed here and 3 months later the laptop doesn't even work anymore. I won't go into depth but the low star reviews under me are accurate. Come in for a simple fix and leave with a new problem that wasn't there before. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I would never refer anyone to this computer repair store . I took my laptop to then today . I asked how much it would cost to replace my USB port on the power side . He told me the isn port is part of the mother board and it would cost a little over three hundred dollars . I had already done a little research before going to him . I then went to a electronics store in Santa Ana . Purchased the actual part needed for $10.00 and replaced this part myself . I did not know what I was doing and it only took me 20minutes to repair this part . The owner straight lied to me . I would have been willing to pay $100 for the repair . Do not use this place they over charge .

These guys are scammers. My father had his computer serviced and they replaced the hard drive with a drive that was 4 years older and 1/2 the disk capacity. Yes, they took at a 1TB drive replaced with an older 500 GB drive. In addition, they installed illegal copies of Microsoft Software on the system that was not licensed. Both Windows 10 pro and Office were not licensed copies. The system was brought to him with licensed copies of both Windows 10 and Office. He told my father that these were too old so he replaced them with new software.
