I got 4 ear piercings. Hugo did a great job. The pain was minimum and after an hour I am painless. Hugo also explained how to clean and take care of my piercings to help the healing process. Well, this picture is after two hours no redness or pain. Thank you, Hugo.

Many thanks to Dr. Hugo for helping me with a strange nightmare problem with a nostril piercing (from another piercer). On a work trip, came here on a "good feeling" hoping that they would be able to help me. He was very friendly, reassuring, and corrected the problem for an affordable price. Thank you Dr. Hugo!

I took my niece to get her ears pierced for her birthday plus my helix. Hugo was very sweet and professional and everything was clearly SANITIZED. I'm a germaphobe, but you can clearly see everything he does to prep. Iodine, mask, gloves, packaged needles, earrings, specialized tongs to hold ears. I felt safe :) Definitely will go back for 2nd piercings.
