This urgent care was amazing! Everyone at the front was just so kind. I came in with a sprained ankle and the girls in the front were so sweet and hospitable making conversation while helping me out. They went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable. I went in and got X rays done and found out it was broken and was in complete tears( im 23 but cried like a 10 yo) they gave me a cute little monkey stuffy and were so kind. They wheeled me out and with my prescription and were able to answer all my questions through my tears. Just want to let the owner know, your staff is amazing!!
Will never go to another urgent care again. This office is super clean from the waiting room, to the patient rooms, to the Xray room...CLEAN. Staff (ALL STAFF) we have ever dealt with here are so friendly and accommodating. We have been to so many terrible places in the past and we could not be happier that a good friend referred Urgent Care Pros to us! If you need to be seen...this is the place to go!
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. From start to finish, they are a pleasure! No long wait times, the staff is amazing every time and they take Kaiser! The facility itself is spotless and clean. I would come here every time! A little hidden gem. My wife and I love this place when we need it. Thank you Urgent Care Pros Fullerton!
