Not sure where the negativity comes from. I had them do a structural pest inspection for a cheap sum and the information I received was worth many times the fee. I was shown what evidence of dry wood termites looks like and how active piles looked different than old piles/pellets. Reading about the logistical problems people had I was concerned about having the same issues. I can only speak anecdotally but our person was on time and a great communicator. I would recommend them to others for home inspection.
