I’ve been going to MB&M Spa for 3 years and I’ve never been disappointed.As a new comer to Fresno I was worried that I would not find a good place for a massage. I’m very impressed with this Spa and with the variety of options it offers.All questions were answered before I made an appointment. I like getting a message to confirm my appointment. It also helps as a reminder!Delia is very careful to make sure I get the best massage possible. My sessions are never rushed, and I leave the Spa very relaxed.I have always found the establishment clean, comfortable and calming.The prices are reasonable and I look forward to the Specials. Based solely on customer service, I cannot recommend this place enough!. I called and left a voicemail stating that I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my daughter. Within 2 hours I received a response from Dahlia who, as it turns out, was actually on vacation--she didn't want to leave me hanging without a gift for my daughter. After selecting a service, she took my payment over the phone. AND, because she couldn't guarantee that a "hard copy" certificate would arrive by mail on time (I live in the Bay Area), she created a BEAUTIFUL ? personalized image for me to print out and give as a gift! I have received several excellent massages from Dalia. I highly recommend her. She is a very caring, kind person, who really listens to what you want/need. She is very skilled and intuitively adapts her techniques to what my body needs. Although she is petite, she is actually very strong. Whatever pressure level you want she is able to do. In comparison with other massage places, her pricing is very reasonable. She also offers several packages. I have had many massages over the years, but never this consistently good. I plan to continue weekly massages for as long as possible. I'm so thrilled to have found her!
