Providers and Staff at this Medical Center are very friendly and professional. They take their time to understand your personal needs and tailor your treatment as such. They take their time to remember personal details and I always leave feeling better than I arrived.
This is incredible! I have been having neck pain, back pain after a car incident for a long time. I tried several doctors and no signs of healing in a correct way. I was referred by my coworker to Dr. Shen. She was so detail oriented! On my first visit, she checked my body from head to toes! The care she provided is above and beyond! I am feeling much better even after the 2nd treatment. Not only the pains got controlled but I feel more energized and refreshed. My digest and breath has been getting better too!The front desk crews are very nice, friendly, efficient and accurate too!! They can manage schedules. I have chronic pain and was recommended to see an acupuncturist to help with that. I've been getting acupuncture and cupping done for probably a year now and the service is amazing. They are all polite and helpful. One thing i appreciate too is they have a call button they leave with you during your treatment in case you need help or something.
