This has got to be the most incompetent health care group I have ever encountered. Don't waste your time or money. The only reason I've used them is because my PCP is the only one that seems to know her job and actually cares about her patients. If it wasn't for her I would have left a LONG time ago. I am on the MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) program for OUD (Opioid Use Disorder). I have been on this program for over 1-1/2 years and it's kept me from relapsing (heroin, fentanyl, and any other opiate I can get my hands on). It's required that I have a telemedicine appointment with my provider every month in order to get a refill for Buprenorphine/Naloxone... read full review

Hello I have never seen something like this doctor and front desk they don’t care someone problem like time, job and feeling that we have and when they cancel your appointment and schedule to next year, and its happening from last year and no respect for any human and when I talk to my own doc she said its free that is why they don’t care about any patient, you guys have to put a large lock to your door and never open it back cuz there is no management no respect no doc, and no machine and please don’t wast someone time cuz your all patients are related to low income family and immigrant, maybe your family were an immigrant and you became... read full review
