I just did the 3 day liquid food cleanse. It was wonderful. I'm 6'4", 275 pounds, and it was almost enough, except a couple days she had me also have a little oatmeal. It helped me get off a sugar/ice cream binge and onto a healthy eating pattern. Today's the first day off and I ate very healthy because the 3 days got me in that direction. And every single item was so tasty and interesting. Very different than what I'm used to. But wonderful. Kim is very caring and helpful and encouraging.

Kim is absolutely amazing! She's so knowledgeable about everything to do with our bodies and gives great advice and guidance. She explains what's going on with our issue's in a way that's easy to understand. Kim has a very calming demeanor and takes the time to listen. When I walk out of her office I feel at peace and have a plan of how to proceed with healing. I highly recommend Kim.

Kim is incredible. Can't recommend her enough. She was my doula for the birth of my son 5 years ago and my husband and i have been going to her for massage ever since. She has coached us through our health concerns and goes above and beyond to help her clients whole being.
