Jim is experienced, knowledgeable, and provided installation services with excellence. High quality components were used and I was quoted at a lower price than other offers received. I really enjoyed working with a family owned business, and their integrity showed through the whole process.
How refreshing to get a call back within 15 minutes of leaving a message with Absolute Air. Jim is an experienced and professional air conditioning expert. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and so personable. We wanted our two AC units checked out before the summer season. He found very few issues and replaced one contact relay and a filter. He found a few minor issues with loose screws and rust and fixed those as well. He was up front with his prices and doesn’t try to sell more services than needed. We will definitely have him back to check our heating system in November.Service: A/C system maintenance
