Second time here and absolutely love it. I want to low key keep it to myself…but i gtta share how great tbey are. Im so happy i found them. A pleasure to continue supporting this small business. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING, super friendly!! I feel very welcomed here. Its a plus that The nail work is perfection. And The salon is very pretty too, very clean. Tiffany, you are amazing.

Z did such an exceptional job on my nails. I'm blown away. He was very patient while I decided what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for. They're thin but strong and amazingly sharp. I'm absolutely overjoyed.
The space in general has a really nice energy. It's clean and has good music and they provided water. Really wonderful experience!

My daughter & I were so pleased to find Lotus nails. It was such a great experience. Super clean & really great staff. Really nice chairs. We got 2 gel pedicures & we both have issues with ingrown toenails. Most places we've been to here don't deal with "all" of the problem. Hannah was awesome my toes look & feel so much better. We had just about given up on finding a good place here after 5 years of trying to.
Cleanliness: Basically like new in there, a beautiful relaxing environment.
