Been going to the Escondido location for a little over a year now and I followed Juana from the Carmel Mountain Ranch location! She’s the best! She’s been my wax specialist for almost 2 years now and I always leave happy. Highly recommend! The app is so easy and convenient!

Due to my hectic schedule & life, I sometimes neglect my waxing and I have to start all over again. Araceli is always fast, patient & calming. She taught me a breathing technique that actually works & lessens the pain & my fear. After a year of going here, I will purchase the member package. I will not pick up the razor again! Jennifer is also the best. These two are my favorite wax specialist. ?
