The one word I would use to describe Nancy would be "perfectionist". She came highly recommended by my boss and I'm so glad to have met her not only on a professional level but I feel I've gained a great friend as well.

The best review I can give is that when I look in the mirror and truly love the way I look. Working out at the gym, I get compliments on how I still look so fresh. My eyebrows were practically non existent and what was left was grey. My eyes basically disappeared in my face. I did both, eyebrows and liner. At first I was a bit freaked out, really dark and a shock. But time softened it all and now so natural. Nancy is phenomenal. Gently, kind and patient. You feel like you are her only client, but rest assured, you are not. To see her, be prepared to wait for an apt, but she is worth it.

I've been an electrolysis client of Ellen's for 6 months. I am very happy with the results. I tried other electrologist in the past, but the experience was uncomfortable and I didn't see positive results. Ellen is fantastic, she has a gentle touch and I highly recommend her.
