Wow wow wow. I just got the prenatal done with Shasta. First off, great atmosphere and music. Shasta is so nice and inviting. The lighting was perfect. Some places get that wrong and I don't know if I'm just fussy, but that bothers me. This place got the atmosphere perfectly. The massage was phenomenal. I had to stop myself from drooling. She has a magic power where she can feel the nasty spots and work it out. Lord, it was amazing. She was very gentle but very effective. I'm 8 months pregnant, and if you've ever been in this position, you know it's uncomfortable. Here, I was more relaxed than I've been in a while. Shasta is my “go to” for massage. Whether it be for a pulled back or stiffness/pain in the neck/shoulder areas or just needing a little TLC. She is so knowledgeable and intuitive offering great pain relief often with deep tissue and hot stone therapies. I would recommend her to anyone including clients who might need a lighter, rehabilitative session.

I first met Shasta when I booked through Vagaro for ear candling, which I had never done before. I was pleasantly surprised when she met me outside her shop and called my name to get my attention since her suite is around the side of the building and a little difficult to locate. It was a cool experience and Shasta was very personable, but didn't really notice any benefits from it. However, I learned she was an experienced massage therapist and I've had a lot of tension building in my upper back and neck, so I went back for a one hour massage which was wonderful! I am a San Diego native, I love the great outdoors and keeping mobile and active. I've been a licensed massage therapist for over 27 years and a Holistic Health Practitioner for over a decade now. I love what I do and I hope it shows in my work. I consider myself an Integrated Practitioner who, really works to understand the what in people's lives that contribute to their ailments. Then I can provide the support and guidance in correcting the cause, when possible.
