I have been going to this particular location for 10+ years. I have been seeing the same masseuse, Lisa for most of that time. if I ever can't get her, the other masseuse are just as good. I just prefer her. The service is always great. People are polite and the environment inside is so relaxing. It's amazing how they always seem to know where your body needs the most work.
Had a couple massage with my wife that was able to be scheduled same day. Very relaxing and healing session. Might very well be our new go to spot for affordable massages in Sacramento.
I would tell it like it is.... If you want a deep tissue massage ask for Lucy. She is fantastic! Does it hurt? If you are really messed up YES!!! But you have to remember to continue to come back. If you really care about your wellness come back in 2 to 3 weeks. If not you run the risk of having rough knots again. This place is great clean and sanitary.
