I could not recommend Tara more highly -- she is a fantastic acupuncturist and overall wonderful person. I went to Tara in the midst of fertility treatments and she took the time to go through a thorough health history so she could best design an acupuncture plan to support my treatments. This was my first time trying acupuncture and I was impressed with Tara's approach and the results. I always left our sessions feeling so calm mentally and physically, which was invaluable in helping to navigate the ups and downs of fertility treatments. I have been seeing Tara for a few years now for various reasons but mostly for neck and back pain and always with success and relief. Most recently I visited her on a weekly basis while I trained for the LA marathon. My back was still weak from having a baby last year and many times during my training I’d run into back tightness or spasms. But once I started seeing Tara regularly, my injuries stopped and training was much easier without the pain or fear of back issues. I highly recommend her office if you have sudden neck and/or back pain or are trying to prevent an injury or ailment. Love Tara so much!!!! My husband and I have been seeing her to help us with various things (for me - lowering stress, conceiving, pregnancy, postpartum anxiety). As a result she has become like a family member to us.Would highly recommend Tara - her strengths are her empathy and candor, attention to cleanliness especially with COVID, adding Chinese herbs and other natural supplements, and flexibility to support you where you are. Never judging!I have never tried acupuncture before this and am so glad the first time was here!
