“Gerson was hired to repair a water damaged ceiling in bathroom. Although it was a small job, he took it and I'm glad he did. They got the permit, fixed support joists, replaced all resilient channels, re-insulated, installed a new fan and ductwork, drywalled and painted. They even fielded my insurance company's requests for different items on the invoicing. The team also fixed a smaller drywall issue on the corner wall in kitchen while fixing the bathroom. Gerson was always able to get a hold of and he proactively reached out to let me know what was going to happen and when. Gerson and his crew were quick, did quality work and were easy to work with. “I had bought a new prehung front door and had M 7.24 Builders installed and painted it for me. They did a great job. I also had a leak issue with my bathroom air vent. M 7.24 was able to diagnose the issue after cutting up section of my ceiling in the bathroom. Turns out to be a corroding vent duct. They were able to replace it and patch up the ceiling with the same texture and paint it. I would recommend this company for any repair and remodeling around the house. “I have found Alward Construction to be such a class act. Along with work they did on my house, they poured the perimeter foundation for my accessory building 10-plus years ago. Shortly after that, I needed to put the accessory building build on hold. Recently, upon resuming the accessory building build (on my own), it came to my attention that a hold-down was missing. It truthfully felt odd and embarrassing, on my part, to reach out to Alward Construction after so many years, But I did. “Friends, we just wrapped up a 6 month project with AAA. The pictures are what really does this work justice, but I can say that AAA far exceeded expectations. We did a kitchen/living room remodel which included removing two walls and adding a 16' new sliding door and a new deck. Toward the end of the project we expanded scope to include a new roof and new siding and exterior painting. They seamlessly provided this extra work.
