Pablo is our technician and I was impressed with his knowledge of all things bugs and insects, how they are attracted to certain things and how everything in the bugs life is based on scent etc. Pablo is very professional and friendly and will determine the best course of action to keep bugs out of your house. He never tries to up sell you on services and he is very respectful of your home. Many other companies try to upsell you on things you may not need and don't have knowledge if you do or don't. This company is THE best without question! Friendly, professional, a very caring sense of urgency are just a few examples of our experience with them. From Inspector Aaron, to Melissa the office manager and the rest of the staff, they did an amazing job! They got us on the schedule at the last minute for inspections, tenting and after repairs were made and the tenting was done we got clearance for the lender so we could close escrow asap. They communicate consistently throughout the process and make it very easy to understand what we needed to do on our end and let us know what they were doing step by step on their end.
