They don't return phone calls or emails. Ramsey did my taxes in March but never filed them electronically. I can't get ahold of him or anyone in their office to get answers. Very unprofessional. I won't be using them anymore.

Ramsey has been doing my taxes for a couple years now. I recently started experiencing a extreme delay with receiving my funds. This year is the second I've been waiting drastically. I have no received anything not even an IRS Letter. This year I filed February 21st and I'm still waiting. It very hard to get ahold of anyone and when I do I heard the same thing "it's in process". So frustrating. 5 months and no answers. You think since I've been going to them for a few years it'd be easy cause nothing has really changed but employers. SMH. Very disappointing.

Just went on Thursday night with my friend, we waited 3 hours on the waiting area then he took our papers then we go home , then last night he asked me to pay over the phone for his service??? then all he does in my tax is all errors and false information, he just put whatever information he just put without asking me and I told him to itemized my expenses since I have 1099 he didn’t do it . He just put information that false. Don’t come in this office save your time and money and stress .Ramsey guy has no clue . He put false information in my account it ridiculous
