“After 2 years of being am "over the top" happy customer, I decided a review was in order. I first came to get lash extensions (for a special occasion), after trying all the DIY options and not having had good experiences in the past. I now come every 6-8 weeks and am so impressed with the care and artistry of Kelly. She is gentle, yet intentional about every lash placed, the specific amount of glue and the overall result. I often top my treatment off with her masterfully skilled eyebrow waxing. In all my times I've come, only once was I aware of a fallen lash!!
Once I committed to maintaining my lashes I decided to get my mani/pedis here. The appointment process handled via text...complete with a reminder text the day before the appointment). Tim is most often the one managing their calendar. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes, am greeted by my name and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
No shortage of options as they keep ahead with the trends.
Cleanliness and friendliness top off the excellent job where they listen to my specific requests and handle my sensitive hands with care.
I doubt they need more business (being blocks from Palm Springs Airport), but want anyone who is looking for the best place I've experienced in the Valley (I travel back from Rancho Mirage) to know they are in "great" hands!
