Today my friend booked an appointment at 3:45 and we got confirmation at Del Mar Nail Bar. We showed up for the appointment at 3:45 on the dot and were told to sit down and wait. Me and my friend ended up waiting 40 minutes. We were very upset but the staff was very accommodating. They took notice to their mistake and they did an amazing job on our pedicures. They even ended up giving my friend and I a discount. I was very impressed with there incredible customer service.
This was my first time here and the service was great! I made an appointment one day before. They also take walk ins. Valerie did my shellac manicure and she did a very clean and nice job. You should definitely book with her for your visit.
I went here a week ago for the first time, and am so glad I did. Valerie gave me the best pedicure I've ever had-- she actually knows how to pumice the feet well and properly. Emily did my manicure and I'm shocked that it's barely chipping after a week. I can't do gel, and I notoriously mess up my nails the second I get in to the car, but for some reason this manicure has remained strong! Thank you, ladies!
