Kaiser Optical dept in Davis is the best, imo. Cherise is a warm and welcoming everytime! She knows her stuff and always takes care of whatever I need. This time with no waiting- loved it!

Purple shirt girl in the Blood Pressure Reception Area: 1) Please let people finish their sentences. 2) Do not interrupt or enforce your will on customers. 3) Act courteous and respectful to the patients you are serving. 4) Why did you insist we could not have had an appointment and tell us there is a 2nd Kaiser app that confused us? We had confirmation of the appt to show you and you held up your hand and blocked your vision. Absolutely rude. Please and thank you.

Probably the most unorganized and unstructured Kaiser I've been to. I've been going to this Kaiser for four years now and they never fail to disappoint. They are like children that I have to constantly check up on and remind about things. For example, asking for a prescription refill request never actually gets through to my doctor the first time I call and they always say they will call back but never do. Today I called over an hour ahead of time to have my prescription ready to pick up. Once I get there, turns out they never started on it and now I'm at the back of the line waiting 45min to get it filled.
