Wilson & Kratzer were extremely helpful during such a difficult time. My daughter, son and I needed their support, help and guidance when my husband unexpectedly passed away. They were so patient and kind during the process. I would highly recommend them.
I was here for a memorial service recently. I wasn't part of the planning, but I liked the service and the space that this chapel provided. My main gripe is that the parking lot is very small. A lot of people took a while to find street parking.I'm not sure if the staff had any part in these: -The refreshments were laid out nicely and constantly restocked. I think the coffee should have been in another section of the room instead of in the back corner though. -A lady went around the tables offering to take trash away. -There were stands on the wall to put photos. Keith and his staff showed the utmost respect and care for my mother. They were cordial, respectful, professional and understanding to our family needs. They made a difficult time more bearable.A month later, to my surprise, the staff reached out to make sure I was doing ‘okay’. A simple kind gesture like that goes a long way. I would definitely recommend Wilson & Kratzer.Lynn
