If you’re getting your nails done here, I recommend going to Minh! He is the absolute best & every time he does my gel nails, they stay on for over 3 weeks. I’ve been getting my nails done consistently for 10 years, and he’s by FAR the best nail tech I’ve found. 10/10 recommend!
I’ve been here 3 X already. I have had a pleasant experience every single time. Kathy has been my nail technician twice and she has been exceptional. She even did a pedicure on my 6yr old and was so patient and sweet.
The nail techs here do a great job but the front desk struggles to keep the salon moving in a timely manner. I have come a handful of times with an appointment and have waited nearly an hour to be seen, you’re almost better off coming in as a walk-in. I now only come to Nail-It if I know I have an afternoon to waste sitting in a chair.
