Cannot say enough great things about Michael! Extremely responsive and even provided an estimate range just based on pictures (which I knew could change once he did the physical inspection, though the final was within that range). Immediately gave windows of availability with a very easy option to schedule through Yelp. I had missed the notification so messaged back late in the afternoon asking for update availability and right away got a slot for the next day. Confirmation text came through and I even got a notification when he was on the way. Was on time and had everything he needed with him. After four different attempts in the last 2 years to find an HVAC service that actually cared about our problems, we hit the jackpot with Michael and Fuse. Our AC broke down during the heatwave, and Michael came in, diagnosed everything quickly, explained the issue thoroughly so I could understand, and fixed the problems quickly and saved us many headaches. Every company that showed up would tell us the whole system would have to be replaced or couldn't diagnose the issue at all. I don't write many Yelp reviews, but I felt it was necessary after all the bad experiences living here in LA as a first-time homeowner. Don't hesitate. Michael is your guy.
