Extremely unprofessional in the text message exchanges. Minimum charge is for 3 hours (which is fine) until they tell me the cleaner can only stay for 2.5. Cleaning was excellent but management was a bit poor. Sad this didn't work out as I liked the cleaning.

Great first time experience using SoCal Maids. Mike did an excellent job cleaning our 2 bedroom apartment. He was punctual and very thorough. Looking forward to using SoCal Maids' services again!

Very happy with the cleaning that Mike did. This was our first cleaning. He was here for 5 hours. I was not specific on anything, so I will just point out a few items for next time that were missed. I am pleased to know that they use organic cleaning products. I had another company cancel on me last minute which put me in a bind for upcoming holiday entertaining. SoCal Maids got in touch with me the same day and were able to fit me in before my party. It is so good to know they are willing to be flexible with my odd schedule. I would definitely recommend them to friends. Looking forward to having them back on a regular basis. :)
