I always have a good experience here! Been coming for years. I just didn’t have a good experience when I asked for a snowflake design with a picture for an example, and this is what I got :/ It looked nothing like the small dainty snowflake design I wanted, it looked like a bunch of blob lines on my nail :(

Do NOT let Kathy do your pedicure! You will get a 5-minute leg massage instead of a foot massage; she will not color your whole toenail or file them evenly; and the gel nail paint peeled away from another toenail as soon as I got home!!! A complete waste of $41 plus tip!!

So far, this is my most favorite place in the A.V. I had been reluctantly going to two different places, one in Quartz Hill by the Walgreens, The other on Rancho Vista, next to Starbucks. They both have the aesthetics, the beautiful decor and fancy lights, but they have that "Super Stank-Stuck-Up, No Customer Relations Etiquette" and privileged attitude. They only talk to each other, ignoring you and your requests, making you feel second place while working on you. Plus their prices are hiked way up, and .... they're not that good and do a half-butt job, as less as possible. I always felt awefull giving them my money after I was done.
