I took my Grumman Tiger to them about a year ago. They took my idea and rough (non-artistic) idea and turned it into my dream plane. Delivered on time, on budget. Was informed with texts and pictures every step along the way. Recently had to have a dorsal fin replaced, they EXACTLY matched the paint, got me in and out in a day and buffed the whole aircraft to make it look brand new once again. If you are even considering having your aircraft painted, Ilio and the crew at Corona are the people you want doing it. DeanM.

These guys do good work and I was pleased with the results. I had to bring my aircraft in from out of state but it was worth it. They were significantly better on costs than my local shop. My schedule blew up because the panel was late getting built and I went to the "end of the line", but they did their best to accommodate. The quality of the paint job is very good and Ilio sent out pics during the process when I contacted him. I gave them a printed design that they followed, but they still forgot two of the large decals and replacing the light indicators. Anyway, I recommend that you give them a specific drawing as well. They also replaced hardware as needed and we had to do a cracked wingtip part which they arranged for. They were up front about those increased costs. I was surprised by some of the needed extra body work but I know that becomes visible sometimes only after priming. There were extra costs for attaching the wing pants which I hadn't planned for, but they did it well and it looks good. They took the extra time to do things right so I figured they would run late and they did, you just have to stay flexible on when you can pick up. They also provided touch up paint without asking which was a nice touch and appreciated. Overall, I thought they did good work and cost wise they were excellent. They were close to their planned completion date and I would recommend them and use them again if needed.

Corona Air Paint took a concept and turned into an absolute piece of work with my airplane. Everyone that sees my Cessna R182 comments about how awesome the paint and interior looks. The attention to detail and straightforward business approach is unparalleled. Very easy to work with and responsive to questions. No hidden costs and extremely honest and helpful. I don't only recommend them, it is worth every penny in time and expense to fly your plane to Corona Air and Paint. You won't be disappointed.
