Jax is incredibly sweet and good-natured, with about a decade of experience that truly shows in her work. The salon is small but mighty, with a great aesthetic and calming, day-club-style music. “Seriously love my eyebrows, they look so natural. Ms Seryeon took her time drawing my eyebrows, it was a very intricate process. She really does want your brows to look the best. The microblading process was painless, honestly felt like a slight tickle. Took about 2 hours total. She also checks in with you during the process multiple times and shows you how the brows are turning out. She is so thorough it's amazing! I also loved the before microblading care instructions and after-care instructions. Super easy to follow, and the communication is excellent. My hair is fine/thin so finding a workable style is always an art form and she handles it with flying colors. What I appreciate about her is the time she takes to cut my hair. Too many times other people have rushed through the process and with my thin hair, one snip can create a less than desirable finish. Not with Alisa. She listens and REMEMBERS what I have asked in terms of a cut and finish every time. I know people don't always like talking during a haircut, but I appreciate the conversation throughout the cut, which makes the time fly and the session quite enjoyable. This is not your typical barber down the street. Remember you pay for what you get and I find tremendous value with her fees. As long as she's cutting hair, I have found my spot for life. “Sara did the best lash lift on me that I have ever had. I no longer have to wear mascara or curl my lashes. She took the best care of my lashes during the process and ensured there was no damage with the lift. I’ve gone to other places to have my lashes lifted & permed and they were over processed and became crunchy & frizzy. Sara is so fun to talk to and explained all the aftercare I needed to do in order to keep my lift lasting and my lashes healthy. “At first, I was a loss for words after experiencing Lauren's exceptional work, who I now consider my fairy brow-mother! Her beauty as a person, exceptionally clean studio, and attention to detail from beginning to end is incredible. The highlight of course, is leaving with the ultimate GLOW UP. It was a subtle yet significant enhancement that resulted in a polished, clean look. As a first-timer, I was reluctant to try this out as I’ve always had ppl stay away from eyebrows because I prefer a natural look, however this will have to be implemented into my maintenance routine (which is almost 0). The healing phase is a lot, however the results are worth it—months and months (I think 1/2 year?) of waking up and already looking polished. I will never go back to my regular brows. I was initially skeptical and candidly shared my concerns with Lauren, which only helped her do the best job she could while respecting and allowing me to ease into the process. To top it off, she provided the cutest aftercare kit, complete with a satin pillowcase sprinkled with lavender, further demonstrating her attention to detail.
