I haven't actually visited this particular salon so my review is specifically for the hair stylist Mary who just transfered here from krome salon(which closed). I have long damaged thick hair which is probably a hair stylist worst nightmare lol. But she was able to work with it and made it come out looking amazing. I liked the haircut so much that I booked an appointment for ny mom who also ended up really liking her haircut. I also really like that she took the time to explain to me how to fix the damage so now my hair is starting to look healthier. My husband and I are "frequent flyers" at the salon. We've always had a great experience, love our hairdresser. I was disappointed to see the restroom was closed with a sign "due to Covid." In reading the CCC Health Department Guidelines for barbers and salons there is NO RECOMMENDATION FOR CLOSING RESTROOM. Apparently, the owner of the salon suggested closing the restrooms. The guidelines recommended removing candles, etc., not closing restrooms. I found this very inconvenient and can create a health issue on it's own! The hairdressers are able to use restrooms. I am a fan of Touch of Beauty. My husband and I are regulars. Love our hairstylist. We were disappointed the restroom was closed with a sign saying "due to Corona Virus." The CCC Health Department Guidelines DO NOT REQUIRE RESTROOMS BE CLOSED. Instead, in reading the guidelines, they suggest removing candles, etc. I am hoping the owner reconsiders opening up the restroom to customers as this is very inconvenient. I am sure other customers are being made aware of the same inconvenience.
