Wish I could give Duro and especially Anthony more than 5 stars. They listed an open box BBQ grill for a fraction of what it should have cost. I immediately reached out, talked to Anthony and told him I wanted it. I let him know I could come immediately, but since they closed at 4pm I would not make it. He asked if I could come the following day (Friday) but I let him know I was out of town that day. I offered to pay over the phone or give a deposit but he told me that as long as I could pick it up on Monday that he would remove the ad temporarily and just hold it for me.I arrived Monday and there was the brand new grill, exactly as described. I'm impressed by their customer service. I had an issue with my NXR stove and Diego was the agent I was connected with. He reassured me that he was going to get things fixed. Immediately he located a local repair center, and ordered the parts and got things moving. What makes the difference in customer service is that he began ordering parts to be replaced. Didn't give me a typical "we'll have a technician look at this, and look at that, then we may order..."
Straight to the point, and knows the importance of having a working cooktop. Much appreciated.
Bought the table top Model: 880-0011 at Costco. Set up took more then the 10 minutes stated in the instructions. The "tools required" is misleading. Did not need the wrench (thats ok if you don't have one anyway) but the screwdriver pictured does not work on four of the screws required to attach the legs. The angle of the legs prevents reaching the outboard screw. Even a right angle screwdriver is a tight fit. I was just barely able to use mine, and then at an angle, not an ideal situation. If this design remains, Duro should provide a tool that is appropriate. Have not used the grill yet so this is only an assembly review.
