    Dear Shoppers,We had our walk-in tub installed in February, 2022. I waited until now to write this review in order to give our tub and bathroom remodel the test of time. We use our tub 4 times a week and we LOVE our luxury bath. We had a few issues over time and give Kudos to American Tubs for their immediate attention and action resolving our problems. This company stands behind their product and guarantee. The project manger, Marvin, covered all our bases throughout the installation process. Attached are several pictures of our bathroom remodel.It is a comfortable feeling knowing that we can trust American Tubs for follow-up care of our tub investment.

    For everyone out there looking for a walk in tub. Let me tell you, STOP LOOKING!!!!! Just like most of you I've been looking for a walk-in tub only to be discouraged due to the outrageous cost most companies want to charge. One of the shocking things I learned is that a lot of these companies actually buy their units from American Tubs and places their name on it charging 3-4 time the cost. I purchased my unit from one of their great staff, Jade. She walked me through the process and I couldn't be happier. My only issue is that I haven't been able to install mine as of yet because I'm building a new ADU but once all is done I'll add some photos.... read full review

    My Yelp posting:Dear Potential Buyers, I'm really excited with my walk in tub. I got the widest and the longest, 35 3/8" x 54 1/2" x 39 3/4". I checked out American Standard, Safe Step, Ella and Kohler, price ranges from $19,000 to $25,000. American Tubs will beat us any prices. Trust me!!!!! Patrick CHIRAPHISIT (sales) will work with you until you are satisfied, he's amazing. I wish all sale people are like him. the installation team are amazing too.
