“Unfortunately for us, the winter storms brought some water damage to one of our baseboards along a wall that was outside facing. It resulted in some bubbling. We were unsure about how severe the damage was and called around to get some quotes. One place was asking for a $250 deposit, which could later be applied to services, just to get one of their technicians to come out.Family friends highly recommended this company after they had utilized their services on multiple homes. Leo was out the next day, free of charge, to assess the damage and provide some guidance on how to proceed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through worst and best case scenarios. Within a few days, he had technicians to rip up our baseboard and some flooring to dry it out.Overall, they removed/replaced a small part of our wall, baseboard and flooring due to some leaking through a cable hole, which they discovered and patched up for us. We were so pleased with the work! Charlene and Leo both were so accommodating to squeeze us in last minute amidst some other projects that were far more severe than ours. Each and every technician that worked in our house was polite and meticulously clean in the aftermath. They knew we had a young baby and were very thoughtful to not bring in any harsh chemicals, which was greatly appreciated. I hope to not experience water damage in our house again but it's reassuring to know we have a reliable contact to help!“

“We had Glad Construction renovate our entire house at the beginning of 2024. Bottom line-results were absolutely amazing. Truly better than what we expected. They told us the work would take up to three months and they were spot on. Everything was done in about two- and one-half months, the entire house, quite impressive. They had a lot of subcontractors, which might sound daunting, but this is a good thing. You want an expert in each individual part of the process. You want someone who specializes in tile work, you want someone who specializes in cabinets, you want someone that just does shutters. Each individual component was perfect. This was a huge project for both sides. There were some early hiccups, I think which can be attributed to both sides. The great news is that the Contractor, David, really stepped in and helped us all along the way when we had questions or needed to order additional materials. They utilize a design build process. Make sure you talk to them about that and understand what it means. Also, make sure you get enough of their time to help you walk through your vision and get their expert advice on what might work and what might not work. This is where we had some hiccups and I think if we had spent more time with David up front that would have helped. There were some design elements we wanted to incorporate, bought materials, and then some things had to be changed mid project. On a project of this size, that is just going to happen, but knowing as much up front, walking through each element of the project, is crucial on both sides. Again, when things did go a little sideways, David really stepped up and helped us out. We would recommend these guys no question. In fact, our neighbor was able to get some kitchen work done at the same time upon our recommendation of the great work going on at our house.
