Alex did a great job eradicating a rodent problem which was 1st spotted in the garage & unbeknownst to us was also discovered in the attic & underneath our home. He responds with a sense of urgency regarding reports of any activity & is very thorough with regards to communicating his strategy with regards to the eradication process itself. He spent his time to diligently identify & seal off holes & vents that most likely caused the problem to begin & followed up with recommendations to help keep the premises rodent free. Beyond satisfied with everything Alex did to help me out with my rat problem ! First off he came out on a Sunday afternoon no hesitation... After calling countless other businesses I was so relieved he was able to come asap ! He was very thorough and knowledgeable of what he was talking about ! Definitely refreshing as a single mom to have someone come into my home and help rather then try and sell me some thousand dollar package ! I definitely felt like I could trust him and his pricing ! I will definitely be using him in the future as well as recommending him to friends and family !
