Called last minute for shower and grooming for my 10-15 pound dog. Didn't need an appointment but if you have a bigger dog I would recommend calling ahead of time to schedule an appointment. She did ask my dogs weight before allowing a walk in. I dropped off my pups a received a text about an hour later saying she was ready for pick up. Staff is friendly, pups came out smelling good and clean. The price is reasonable. It was last minute for me but I'm happy with their service. They also text you when your Dog is ready.

Chewy and I have been coming here since she was 1 now she's almost 3 and loves it. Best cuts every time. She comes out looking and smelling like a million bucks. Great service, great groomers, great people, amazing cuts. No woman can resist chewy. We live far away but I don't care I'll fly chewy to get a cut here each time.

I love the texting option and different payment options as well (Venmo, zelle, etc). If you're looking for a good pet grooming place in chino hills, definitely go here!
