“I purchased a beautifully arranged floral piece for a celebration of life I was to attend in the afternoon . The shop attendant mentioned to me of their early closure that day. I dropped the ball and lost track of time. I called 5 minutes after closing and had to leave a message regarding my mistake. Thinking I was out of luck , I received a call back and with no hesitation they turned right back around so can pick up my arrangement. They went out of their way to help out their Costomer. I was very impressed by their patience and professionalism.“
