Every time I come here everyone is friendly and helpful. The bad reviews are probably weird people, they do service a challenged clientele I’ve noticed. But the employees are all friendly respectful and caring they really are helpful, this is my 5th. visit.
Came in the the other day on short notice and went to express care where I was greeted by Vanessa with a bright friendly smile. She asked how she could help and I told her I needed to get in to be seen and she had no problem taking care of me and getting me checked in. She was very pleasant and asked how my day was going and genuinely put me in a better mood before I even got called back. I've had a lot of negative experiences when I've had to go into other clinics on short notice but Vanessa was more than happy to take care of me and my needs, as well as other patients waiting behind me without an issue. Vanessa (I believe receptionist) was extremely helpful, calm, patient with me, and helped me figure out what I might need to do via phone call. I also really liked my provider Renee who helped make me feel heard at my appointment. I appreciate that there seems to be people who actual care and WANT to help. Hoping I will finally get some answers to my health. Looking hopeful.
