They were professional and very friendly--giving options to make the cleaning work for our schedule. Our carpets and couches had not been cleaned for in two years so they were in desperate need. Scott and Suzie worked hard to get the traffic areas clean. They even cleaned the small throw rugs we have in the kitchen and at the doors without us asking! The technician arrived right on time and called 15 minutes ahead to say he was on the way. He was efficient, the price was very good, and the carpet looks like new.
