I wish I knew the name of my technician. She over cut my cuticles and it was really uncomfortable. My skin is now raw and will take time to recover. She was rushed and kept stepping away and returning. When I asked if she was OK (fidgeting and the manicure was done very poorly and not thorough at all), the other technicians just laughed while it was happening. But other times I’ve gone and it’s been great, just depends on the person.

Place is okay and is in a good location. Prices are good. I did the pearl pedicure and the lady did a great job. However the staff were highly impersonal and they didn't offer anything to drink. It was a warm day and I was thirsty. They didn't have even water to offer, even after requesting! Pedicure is a luxury service and it makes no sense if it's doesn't come with complimentary services such as beverages.

Love this place!!! I go there to get dipping powder done by Nina, and she does and amazing job. She’s great at doing designs and makes them look natural and not too thick. I would highly recommend her.
