I rarely rate places negatively but feel I must share the terrible experience I had here with my friend this afternoon. I've been to Pearl 3 or 4 times before and had a good experience each time. Today I brought my friend to get mani pedis. They got rid of the books with nail swatches and instead now use a QR code with pictures of colors. Unfortunately the lighting in the pictures doesn't match the photos so when I chose a purple it came out neon. After my manicurist did one hand, she man-handled my hand into the UV light and it bumped the side. My 2 friends & myself went for 2 fills 1 full set 3 pedicures, the charged us all $110. We all asked for the $25 pedicure & when they finished our toes they said ohh now it’s $45 because you got gel I was like wow $20 more? Ok whatever. I was only getting a fill & charged me $65 I asked her why & she said because I got gel. It doesn’t make sense that we all paid the same when 2 of us didn’t get a full set. I think they saw we were young & took advantage. They were all talking & laughing & our nails were so thick & bumpy. Horrible experience I was there for 2.5 hours & left so unsatisfied. The manicure was very rushed but did turn out nice. Then I went back for my pedicure the lady was great and did a great job except in the end my bill was $106. I barely got a chance to look at the pedicure menu and she convinced me to choose number 1 which was $68 which I thought included a regular manicure with it. Then someone came by and asked if I wanted paraffin for my hands and I said no at first but then they told me it was $10 extra and since it was Sunday and I had the full review
