I've been seeing Rachel for many years now and she always does a great job with my hair! We've done highlights with base bumps, balayage, haircuts, the list goes on! I always leave feeling my absolute best! Rachel as a person is also so unbelievably sweet, professional, and personable. Highly recommend this gal!

After years of getting cheaper haircuts and saving a dime I finally took a leap of faith and said I am worth it. I am worth an $85 cut and style that takes about an hour as opposed to all my former cuts that have lasted about 30 min tops. Interestingly, it actually took years of convincing from my bald boyfriend who has seen me go through trauma from bad cuts multiple times. I am not rich and on a teachers salary I do find myself trying to live frugally. However, after years of debating and researching I decided I am worth having the best hair that money can buy. Each time I've come has been the afternoon and there are always spots on the street. It's very convenient! If I ever have to wait it's only a few minutes. They have snacks and a cute waiting area too. Actually the whole shop is adorable, even down to the Picasso prints and the fancy soap in their restroom. My first appointment took over an hour because Rachel was so attentive and made sure she listened to my ideas. I showed her some pictures of what I had gotten in the past that I didn't like. Then I showed her pictures that I had found online of what I did like. My hair is naturally curly, but I do like to straighten it every once in a while. Rachel was great at listening because she gave me the perfect cut that is exactly what I wanted! During our time together we chatted about random things and I kept my eyes closed the whole time. Then suddenly at the end I opened them and voila, my hair was perfect!!!! It was EXACTLY what I had wanted for years! I asked Rachel to straighten my hair since it's more work, lol, and so I'm less inclined to do it on my own. She strained it with ease and put in some product that was light, but smelled so nice! Now, thanks to sweet Rachel, I am loving my hair! I have been to Rachel three times now so I feel I can leave a valid review. Each time she has been amazing! The last time I went I just told her I wanted a trim of the same style that she'd already done so I think it went a little faster. Thank you again, Yelpers, for leading me in the right direction! I already have my appointment to see Rachel again in a couple of months and I look forward to it! Thank you, Finch and Sparrow!!! :)

I see Rachel. She is amazing. She does a wonderful job at hair coloring and hair cuts. I have curly hair and she is amazing at shaping my curly hair. It's hard to find someone that can accommodate a curly head. Rachel is worth it. I have been seeing her for about 12 years and counting.
